Voter-Censure Leverage vs. RINOs

We Americans are out of leverage against our frozen US Senate. The Constitution provides checks and balances to the Senate, House, and President against each other. It doesn’t provide voter leverage except every even year we elect/unelect a third of the Senators.
BUT: Free Speech and Opinion Voting let voters create public Opinion Leverage against Senators, by lawful speech methods.
Lawful methods include Opinion Voting by you on your ballot that loudly censures (or praises) your named Senator while not changing any legal structure. Term limits and recalls are barred by the Constitution. The Supremacy Clause means federal control of Senate and House elections, terms, and tenures.
But Censure/Praise ballot measures would affect only the Senators’ political self-esteem and (un)popularity. Not their terms, tenures, or elections. The Constitution’s term lengths and elections would stay untouched.
But the censured Senators would no longer enjoy them so much!!!
Pro-Censure voter results would make them miserable and their success far less likely. That would motivate in advance their increased compliance with the popular will.
Even retiring Senators like Thom Thumbus of North Thcarolina (I’m honoring his chosen spelling of his self-shortened first name) would want to avoid official condemnation by his votersth, asth he thsteps thdown. (Sort of a Sylvethster Tha Cat pronunciation. Try it.)
Do you want GOP Senate Leader Ththune’s filibuster-roadblock against the SAFE Act dismantled? Or at least sliced down – i.e., eliminated for very specific topics, such as election-law rules? (And saving judge recess-appointments from his fake quorum calls?) Just as the Senators have done for many other specialties (like regular judge confirmations and spending resolutions).
You’d have a lever against phony or anti-MAGA US Senators -- in state-level Censure-Or-Praise votes from your state in any election year. (I wouldn’t say disapprove-or-approve. That might sound like a candidate election.) No federal permission is needed. Only state law or even local voting law.
Have your MAGA, pro-Trump state legislators ASAP enact a Senator Censure/Praise Vote process. Empower the voters in any given year – this year!!! -- to vote Censure/Praise on what they think of their named Senator.
Start with Senators. They’re the stars and the obstacles. Even the retirees will be getting cable gigs and promoting their heroic/LOL legacies. None of them can afford the shame of a Censure Election.
I know, it’s tempting to also target Elvira Mistress-of-the-Night-Border Salazar, and her Wide-Open-Borders Giant Omnibus bill. (They lied that it was an only limited amnesty bill.) Elviba and her Twenty Thieves, you might say, adding her to her 19 Rino Mass-Immigration Voter-Replacement co-sponsors.
Likewise, Elvirus and her 9 fellow No-Haitian-Deportaitian Kongressmen, who voted to pass the Democrats’ three-year extension of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for 350,000 illegals facing deportation. (TPS – Liberal Traumatic Politics Syndrome.)
During their remaining primaries, start offering to transfer 35,000 Haitian illegals into each of those ten RINO House Districts pending removal. On the reasonable ground that the RINO Kongs. welcome them. Start with Elvirustown, Fla. (and BobBaconfry, Neb., though he’s cynically not running again).
But as for Censure Elections, the Kongs are all up for election, or self-anonymizing retirement, this very year. Just primary the formers, and non-person the latters. Keep your Censure Law focus on the Sin-ate.
Sthtart in, thay, NorThth Carolina. Thom Thillis refusthed even to cast a cloture vote on the unsaveable SAVE Act. His vote wouldn’t have gotten them to 60, but he wouldn’t even fake-support it. Is that honesty? It’s not representation. See how he likes being voter-censured as he seeks retirement fame and fortune.
And try it now in Alaska, home of Queen Nepotisti, i.e. MoanaLisa Murkowski, aka The Little Lebowski, the high-end lowlife who also voted no, with her own homemade ridiculous excuse, who also votes to allow gender-affirming bodily destruction of children. (But she doesn’t look like a queen anymore; her anger at MAGA and Alaskans and children has made her ugly.) She’s not up til 2028; so she needs voter censure now.
Also Utah, home of Democrat Senator-in-GOP-title, John Curtis, the former Utah Democrat State Senate Leader -- the Beehive State’s New Mitt Rhombus. (Rhombus -- the human parallelogram of equally cute and obtuse angles. I was saving it for Mitt directly, but he got away.)
CurtisDem seems to have voted right on the SAFE Act formality-vote, but he’ll try to backslide to his Democrat default-mind as soon as a vote by him might actually save the SAVE. He’s already propagandizing again for more immigration, as if nothing in the last ten years here or in Europe has penetrated his Dembubblebrain. A Censure/Praise vote upcoming might help SAVE him and us from himself.
A Censure Election might even persuade GOP ex-Leader TrumpHate-itch McConnell to support filibuster slice-down (as he did indeed during his responsible, high-achieving, admirable earlier years). Not very likely, but a censure by his voters on his way to retirement would taint his treasured legacy. He’ll want to avoid that.
Lord Cornyn of the Texas High Table? He might be responsive too, of Courys. Whether he wins or loses his primary.
And don’t underestimate the effect of a ’26 Censure voter result on Johngreta Thuneberg himthelf, in Thouth Dakota, both immediathly and with his ’28 re-election primary and third-party challenges in mind.
Under Thunesicle’s hateful cynical “leadership”, President Trump has received the tiniest percentage of legislation passed of any modern president ever: 38 bills -- vs 100s for each of the others at this stage in their terms. Censure voters won’t forgive that.
Nor will they forgive Thune’s even worse intentional refusal to allow recess appointments of judges and executive officials. The first Senate dictator in history to refuse it to his own President of his own party.
Nor will voters forgive his class-bigot pretense or narcisissm that only money issues matter, and not election theft, pro-criminal mayors, pro-murderer judges, deportations, borders, school sanity, child safety, and other “social” issues. Shameful man. Betrayer of ordinary Americans.
It only takes 5 GOP Senators to suspend his power and force a new GOP Senate Leader election. Put censure initiatives and elections on 10 or 20 of ‘em this year, based on their refusals to do it.
Better yet, House Speaker Johnson can set House recesses for 10 days or more. Call it the MAGA Option. That’ll force Thune to set Senate recesses for the same.
If Thune agrees, Trump has the time he needs to recess-appoint judges and cabinet members. If Thune refuses, Trump adjourns Congress for recess deadlock and does his appointments that way. He wins either way, and so do you. Not as big as SAVE, but still pro-MAGA, pro-America. See @Amuse on X or Substack for a smart, complete analysis.
If Speaker Johnson refuses the MAGA Option, add Congressfolk to your VoterCensure laws. Starting with Louisiana.
If the corporates of your state capitols refuse your new law, then put Senator-Censure on the ballot as an initiative – accompanied by the very first Censure/Praise vote alongside it if it passes.
South Dakota this year, anyone? And others.
Or pass it in your key MAGA big Republican counties for their local ballots. Ha!
The Senators won’t like it!
And of course, there are plenty more anti-Save-America “GOP” Senators -- who voted for the SAVE Act only ‘cos it wouldn’t get 60 votes -- but who won’t like ending or slicing down the filibuster to make SAVE a sensible 50+1. So make a list. Check it twice. Target their states. Now. Slice.
Again, it’ll have no effect on terms, tenure, or candidate election process. So it’s Constitutional. It’s First Amendment protected. Just like you and me. It’ll grossly embarrass each Senator whose censure receives a majority of (non-rigged) ballots this fall. It doesn’t remove them, it calls them out.
Yes, it’ll greatly enhance ones whose praise receives a majority (whose censure is defeated). The Dem base in Pennsylvania will try it on Senator Fetterman, but he’ll beat it easily.
It shouldn’t even be written to include a reason. That would bog it down impossibly, with infighting over wording. Or over “what is a reason”. Or lawsuits over “is it accurate”. So just say: “Do You Vote to Censure or Praise Senator So&So?” (Or, for you blunter voters, “Is he a so-&-so?”) Put your reasons in your commercials advocating Censure votes.
Being Voter-Censured doesn’t mean losing an election or losing office. It just means a majority of voters have just opined Senator You to be a jerk or a fool or a betrayer -- like the rest of the fake-debate, supermajority Political Borg you serve in. (That might be the first New Star Trek Borg movie.)
You’d still get to serve til the end of your term. And even to run for reelection/LOL. But now you’d be a weak and disreputable target. (Or a tougher and admired target if you win the Praise vote (see “Fetterman”).) The Constitution doesn’t guarantee anyone against that. The Senate RINOs will be desperate to avoid it.
That’ll make them much more responsive to good Americans’ rightful and needful demands.

America and President Trump need serious progress in the Senate in this election year that we’re not yet getting. And leverage against the RINOs.
You bet they’re even now hoping to vote to subvert some part of our No-Nukes/No-Maniacs Iran War, either now or once it’s safely over. So git ‘er done!
